Why should I use Messaging On Hold (MOH)?

When clients visit your business, you wouldn't dare ask them to wait for you outside.
Having a messaging on hold system is exactly like inviting your caller to sit in your reception area.
Feed your  callers like guests and serve up some nourishing information.
The more they know about your business...the more they are apt to buy from you!

Is MOH like voice mail or an answering machine?

No. MOH replaces silence, radio or other sources of music as your telephone's hold system.
With a NEVER ALONE ON HOLD system, you control what they listen to while holding.
Callers will appreciate hearing about items or services they might not even be aware of. 

What if we never put callers on hold?

You may not be aware of placing callers on hold.

Will this work on my phone system?

Yes. If your multi line phone systems supports an on-hold feature, NEVER ALONE ON HOLD can provide the correct equipment.  IF you have a standalone system we can provide your with an adapter so your ON HOLD button with allow Music On Hold on your phone.
Whether its a single or multi line phone NAOH will provide the correct equipment so your business will sound like a Fortune 500 company.

Do I write and  then record my own messages?

A custom MOH script  is written with your input by NEVER ALONE ON HOLD and then we professionaly record your script. We create whatever you want  from music to voice to final production. 
After all, you own this "air" time.
After the production is finished you will hear the finished product for final approval.
Does the message start at the beginning everytime a person is put on hold?

The production plays in a continous loop..in other words it does not start at the beginning every time.
Messages play about every 10-20 seconds  with the music playing softly underneath and then we raise the music level slightly in between  messages.
So every time someone is put on hold..chances are good they will hear something different.

How many messages can I put on in an ON HOLD production.

Typically a  "Production"  includes a loop of  6 or 7 messages. Now each of those individual message contains about  3-4 lines of copy (the equivalent of  about 20-25 seconds per message). Again in a production there are about 6-7 messages. We can customize your production to your specifications.

Do I pay monthly fees for NEVER ALONE ON HOLD services?

After the initial purchase of  a complete system, any additional  billing occurs only for new messages.
Some businesses want weekly message changes while others prefer monthly or seasonal changes.
This frequency is entirely discretionary.
